The highest-priced home, a four-bedroom 3 1/2 bath detached colonial on Dutrow Drive, was offered at $499,900. The least expensive home under contract is a townhouse on Winemiller Way that was listed at $319,900.
Thus far in 2009, six homes in Clarksburg Ridge have sold and closed. The homes ranged in price from $495,000 for a detached home on Dutrow to $338,000 for a townhouse on Winemiller.
