Here's an update on the Clarksburg real estate market.
The median price of homes sold in zip code 20871 increased 10.80 percent this October as compared to October 2008, which represents some encouraging news for home sellers.
This year has thus far been very much a buyer's market, and this news might be the first indication of a shift in the market back toward a seller's market. We'll have to wait and see if this is the start of a trend, or is simply a statistical artifact.
