There are now six houses for sale in the Arora Hills community of Clarksburg, MD.
The homes range in price from $600,000 for a detached six-bedroom, 5 1/2 bath colonial, to a three-bedroom townhouse on Chestnut Glen offered for $369,000.
Currently, eleven homes in Arora Hills are under contract and awaiting settlement.
So far this year, sixteen homes in the neighborhood have sold and closed. The least expensive was a foreclosed $332,000 townhouse, and the most expensive was a detached brick colonial on Sycamore Farm that sold for $675,000.
